Tianjin University of Science & Technology is located in Tianjin, the third largest city in China. TUST was founded in 1958 with three campuses: Liulin downtown campus, TEDA campus and Tanggu campus. The total acreage is 1,070,000 square meters and the architectural acreage is 500,000 square meters. There are 18,000 students studying in the university. The lecture halls are equipped with the modern multimedia facilities. The satellite TV systems offer more than 10 programs in foreign language. The 20,600 square meters modern library houses 1,400,000 books and more than 3,000 kinds of Chinese and foreign magazines and rich database resources.
